I will get you up to speed on what your cop characters already "know." In WRITERDETECTIVE - The Academy course, you'll be introduced to the entire investigative process. From the first 9-1-1 call, through the police investigation, all the way to the jury verdict, you will learn about the entire process and who all the characters are.
We will also cover all the specialty units, like SWAT, Bomb Squad, Air Support, and more! This isn't just a broad overview. We'll answer your questions about how they get involved, how many members are on the respective teams, and the special equipment they use.
Most importantly, we'll talk about character creation and how realism can help suspend disbelief even in the most unbelievable tales!
